One of a kind handmade in Turkey solid sterling silver 1 5/8" wide cuff. The image of the winged griffin with the body of a lion and the head of an eagle, comes from the Megiddo ivories in our own collection. The ivories were excavated by the O I in 1936-7 at Megiddo, Israel. Dating to the Late Bronze Age IIB ca. 1300-1200BC
