Digital Image & Reproduction Permission Request

Use this form to request digital images, text, and permission to use them from ISAC’s Archives, Museum, or Publication departments. Your selections will guide you through the information needed for your request and route the submission to the appropriate ISAC department for review.

Choose this option for historical photographs, negatives, slides, and related archival materials, generally dating before the year 2000. If a historical photograph depicts a Museum object or was reproduced in an ISAC publication, it may still be an Archives image.

Describe the archival images you are requesting. When known, include photograph, negative, or slide numbers, collection information, dates, or other identifying information. You may also include GUID identifiers from the ISAC Integrated Database.

You have chosen:

Museum Object Photos
Choose this option for existing or new photography of objects in the ISAC Museum collections. Most recent object photography is born digital. Requests requiring new photography may take additional time and may incur a fee.

You have chosen:

Text from an ISAC publication
Choose this option to reproduce text from an ISAC publication when the requested material is not an archival photograph or an image of a Museum object.
