OIP 14. Cuneiform Series, Vol. II: Inscriptions from from Adab Daniel David Luckenbill
The earliest excavation conducted by the University of Chicago in Mesopotamia resulted in the acquisition by the Oriental Institute Museum of many early tablets and inscribed bowl fragments. These texts contribute to our knowledge of ancient business methods and of the varied forms of early cuneiform characters. This volume contains facsimile copies of these inscriptions.
