MAD 1. Sargonic Texts from the Diyala Region I. J. Gelb
The publication of this volume marks the beginning of a new philological series entitled Materials for the Assyrian Dictionary. The new series is supposed to take care of the publication of a large number of manuscripts that have been prepared for the use of the Assyrian Dictionary in the last few years. They pertain chiefly to local and dialectal glosaries, reconstructions of Sumero-Akkadian lexical series, and transliterations and translations of new or badly treated texts.
